Hydrogen & Energy Business Development Internship (12 months)

About the role

Join Bosch’s fast‑growing hydrogen and energy team in Canada as a Business Development Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting market development, customer outreach, and project concept creation for clean‑energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a database of hydrogen production, storage, transportation and end‑use projects across Canada.
• Identify emerging market opportunities that align with Bosch’s hydrogen product portfolio.
• Research and engage prospective customers, utilities, EPC firms, industrial users, fleet operators and government stakeholders.
• Support outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn and industry events, and log interactions in the CRM system.
• Assist in developing hydrogen project concepts, business cases, and identifying partners, locations and funding sources.
• Monitor Canadian hydrogen policies, incentive programs and regulatory changes, and assess their impact on Bosch’s strategy.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a university program related to business, engineering, environmental studies or a similar field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Passion for sustainability, clean energy and emerging markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
