Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

Betty is seeking a proactive Growth Marketing Specialist to join its expanding marketing team. You will turn product features, promotions and business opportunities into integrated campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new marketing and growth opportunities across acquisition, engagement and revenue streams.
• Transform product features, promotions and launches into clear, well‑structured marketing campaigns.
• Build detailed campaign briefs outlining objectives, audience, key messages, deliverables, owners, timelines and expected impact.
• Coordinate execution with User Acquisition, Brand, Product, Design, CRM, Content, Compliance and other relevant teams.
• Own the end‑to‑end execution process for cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring Jira tasks are clearly defined, assigned and completed on time.
• Support planning and delivery of giveaways, bingo, charity campaigns and other product‑led activations.
• Develop simple business cases and recommendations based on expected impact, effort and available data.
• Track campaign performance, recommend improvements, and keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks and results.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable taking ownership of initiatives that span several teams.
• Ability to translate ideas into actionable plans and deliver high‑quality work on schedule.

Required skills

• Experience using Jira for task management and project tracking.
