Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will design and produce a wide range of marketing materials for both digital and print channels, supporting the brand across Eastern Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design flyers, brochures, catalogs, signage, POP materials, advertisements, and other communication assets.
• Create digital content such as ads, animations, banners, icons, and web pages.
• Maintain brand consistency by enforcing brand guidelines across all assets.
• Conduct photo research, editing, photomontages, and image processing.
• Manage personal production timelines and collaborate with marketing teams to meet deadlines.
• Organize and maintain the brand’s graphic asset library and file management system.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design (print and digital) with a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree or D.E.C. in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent visual eye, creativity, and ability to propose innovative ideas.
• Strong planning, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, autonomous, and able to work under pressure.
