About the role

The Front Store Manager leads the non‑pharmacy areas of the store, overseeing cosmetics and other front‑store departments. This part‑time, day‑shift role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while meeting financial and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain store standards to optimise customer experience and profitability.
• Manage labour scheduling and staffing levels using Work Force Management tools.
• Hire, coach and evaluate staff (excluding pharmacy) and drive a culture aligned with core values.
• Analyse financial reports, set departmental goals and implement strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of retail management experience, preferably in a front‑store environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive business results and support corporate programs.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and communication abilities.
• Solid business and financial acumen with experience in inventory and expense control.
