About the role
We are looking for a reliable General Office Worker to support daily administrative operations at our Vancouver office. The role involves handling correspondence, managing documents, and providing basic bookkeeping assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Type, proofread and process correspondence, forms and other documents.
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries.
- Sort, verify and file applications, receipts and other paperwork.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
- Prepare invoices, bank deposits and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform data entry and maintain office supply inventory.
- Provide general information to clients and the public.
- Photocopy, collate and distribute documents, and manage filing according to retention schedules.
Required profile
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self‑motivated with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable, collaborative and goal‑oriented.
- Reliable, punctual and organized.
