About the role
Join the front‑line team at Toyota On The Park as a full‑time Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience that reflects the dealership’s commitment to service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct telephone calls promptly and courteously.
- Greet visitors, acknowledge customers, and route unresolved concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, showroom lounge, and coffee station.
- Process vehicle deposits and sales payments, issuing receipts accurately.
- Monitor visitor access, uphold security awareness, and update customer contact information in the database.
- Distribute internet leads to the relevant dealership personnel.
Required profile
- At least one year of customer‑service experience in a similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a switchboard and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Availability to work Monday‑Thursday 12 pm‑8 pm and Saturdays 9 am‑6 pm.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office software.
- Keyboard typing skills.
