Fullstack Developer

About the role

Bandsintown is looking for a Fullstack Developer to help build and evolve its Bandsintown for Artists and Bandsintown Pro tools. You will work closely with product and design teams to ship user‑facing features quickly while ensuring the code remains operable, observable, and well documented in an AWS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build polished, performant React interfaces with strong UX focus.
• Develop Node.js backend services, APIs, and data workflows that support the UI.
• Instrument product features with analytics events and measure impact using tools such as Mixpanel.
• Deliver work through Jira with clear breakdowns and iterative visibility.
• Maintain documentation in Backstage, including service ownership and runbooks.
• Improve production quality via testing, observability, and operational hygiene.

Required profile

• 3+ years of practical web development experience.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Solid experience with React and modern web fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, performance basics).
• Backend experience with Node.js, building APIs and handling data.
• Comfortable with Git, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Excellent collaboration, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Bilingual French–English (understanding French is sufficient).
