Full-time Sales Associate – Intercity Shopping Centre

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Sales Associate to join our team at the Intercity Shopping Centre location in Thunder Bay. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to create a welcoming and efficient shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, offer assistance, and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the cash register, process cash and credit‑card payments.
• Maintain merchandise presentation: straighten, stock, dust, and create visual displays.
• Follow health and safety standards and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Eligible to work in Canada.
• Friendly, energetic personality with strong customer‑service focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Merchandising ability and willingness to lift items up to 35 lb.
• Hands‑on experience with POS transactions.

Required skills

• POS (point‑of‑sale) system operation.
• Cash register handling and credit‑card processing.
