About the role

We are looking for a positive, hospitality‑driven individual to join our service team at Chop Steakhouse & Bar in Sherwood Park. As a Front of House Server, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience that leaves guests happier than when they arrived.

Key responsibilities

• Create guest orders, answer menu inquiries, run food, and support teammates.
• Handle guest concerns with management support to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong conversational ability and confidence in any setting.
• Outgoing, positive, upbeat demeanor with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Energetic and comfortable sharing positive experiences about food and drink.
• Previous serving experience in a full‑service restaurant is an asset.
