Freelance Event Attendee Care & Logistics Contractor

About the role

We are expanding our pool of independent contractors to support event attendee care and logistics across a variety of productions. As a freelance partner you will work on registration, hotel, venue and food‑and‑beverage projects, helping to deliver seamless experiences for major Canadian brands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site attendee support, registration assistance and logistical coordination for events.
• Collaborate with hotel, venue and F&B producers to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with on‑site logistics such as signage, crowd flow and equipment setup.
• Handle post‑event debriefs and feedback collection.

Required profile

• Demonstrated reliability, clear communication and a commitment to the company’s core values of vision, relatability, imagination and meticulousness.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced event environments and adapt to varied client needs.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to travel to various event locations within the Mississauga area and beyond.
