About the role
This is a founding Customer Success Manager role reporting directly to the Head of GTM. You will own a portfolio of our most important enterprise customers and be responsible for Net Revenue Retention (NRR), meaning your success is measured by how much those accounts grow on Chatbase over time.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
- Understand each customer’s business needs and help them unlock new use cases with Chatbase.
- Act as the trusted advisor who continuously improves their AI agents and drives adoption.
Required profile
- 2+ years experience in startups (CSM, AM), technical consulting, or similar high‑performance environments.
- Proven track record of growing and retaining customer relationships.
- Technically curious and comfortable getting hands‑on with the product.
- Strong communicator with a deep curiosity to learn.
