Family Practitioner / General Practitioner – Flexible Hours

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practitioner to join our rapidly expanding, physician‑owned clinics in Burnaby (and Vancouver). You will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a modern, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality primary care, including newborn to elderly services.
• Perform procedures such as biopsies, pap smears, IUD insertions, laceration repairs, pediatric vaccinations, and cryotherapy.
• Collaborate daily with onsite RNs, LPNs, a clinical pharmacist, and specialist consultants (dermatology, podiatry, osteoporosis).
• Maintain accurate patient records using JUNO/OSCAR EMR integrated with Cortico.
• Participate in team‑based care without on‑call or after‑hours duties.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family or General Practitioner.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, choosing days and hours that suit you.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JUNO EMR and OSCAR EMR systems.
• Experience using Cortico for secure messaging.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven dictation tools (AI Scribe).
• Basic knowledge of e‑faxing and virtual‑care platforms (Telus Business Connect).
• Competence with Adobe Pro for document handling.
