Electromechanical Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to join our team in a hands‑on, on‑site environment. This position supports green initiatives by maintaining equipment that contributes to Canada’s net‑zero goals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service electromechanical equipment in outdoor and confined‑space settings.
• Detect, diagnose, and resolve irregularities and malfunctions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
• Adjust, repair, or replace mechanical system components as needed.
• Operate industrial lift trucks and forklifts safely while transporting heavy loads.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP or equivalent 1‑2 year technical certificate/diploma.
• 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical repair and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to work at heights, outdoors, and in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
