About the role
Hoski is seeking a Growth Operator to turn ecommerce revenue into profit by analysing client financials and coordinating marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins and profitability across client accounts.
- Build forecasts, set acquisition targets and recommend marketing budgets.
- Track CAC, LTV, contribution margin and break‑even ROAS.
- Translate analysis into clear priorities and execution plans.
- Lead client strategy calls and hold teams accountable for results.
Required profile
- Proven experience growing ecommerce businesses with direct responsibility for profitability.
- Strong P&L analysis, financial modelling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent English communication and ability to work with clients.
- Detail‑oriented with ownership and follow‑through.
