About the role
Euro Style is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with major online retail partners such as Wayfair, Amazon and Pottery Barn. Working remotely from the US or Canada, you will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic account planning, catalogue launches and joint business reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of key ecommerce accounts and act as the primary point of contact for each buyer.
- Develop and execute growth strategies including assortment expansion, promotional planning and exclusive SKU opportunities.
- Lead business reviews and joint planning sessions with retail partners.
- Upload, update and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions and imagery.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end SKU launches, gathering product data, marketing assets and operational details.
- Monitor assortment performance, identify gaps and recommend new SKUs.
- Manage advertising spend to maximize ROAS while tracking competitor pricing and positioning.
- Serve as escalation point for operational issues and collaborate with the warehouse to maintain dropship metrics.
- Support trade‑show preparation, buyer outreach and reporting.
- Develop SOPs, improve ecommerce workflows and identify automation opportunities.
Required profile
- 3+ years of ecommerce account management experience, preferably in furniture or home‑goods.
- Proven ability to own revenue targets and deliver growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication with external partners.
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with at least one major vendor portal (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair Partner Home).
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for pricing, margin and promotional analysis.
