District Manager – Quick Service Restaurant

About the role

The District Manager will lead multiple quick‑service restaurant locations across the Montreal/Quebec region. This full‑time, field‑based position focuses on driving performance, coaching restaurant general managers, and ensuring consistent brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of several QSR sites.
• Coach, develop, and hold Restaurant General Managers accountable for sales, profitability, guest experience, labour control, and food cost.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, cleanliness, and company policies are consistently applied.
• Identify operational gaps, create action plans, and monitor KPI improvements.
• Support hiring, training, development, and retention of restaurant management teams.
• Build a pipeline of future leaders and conduct regular site visits with actionable feedback.
• Partner with senior operations leadership to achieve regional business goals.

Required profile

• Direct experience in quick‑service restaurant operations.
• Multi‑unit leadership experience (District, Area, or Multi‑Unit Manager) strongly preferred.
• Fluent French communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, labour, and food cost.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work hours based on business needs.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of restaurant operational metrics and KPIs.
• Coaching and performance‑management expertise.
• Ability to develop and implement action plans.

What we offer

• Base salary between $70,000 and $85,000 CAD per year.
• Eligibility for performance‑based bonus.
