About the role

Join a dynamic hospitality team where you will keep the kitchen area spotless and ensure that all dishes, utensils, cookware and cutlery are ready for service. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the smooth operation of the café or restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils and cutlery using appropriate equipment.
• Monitor and maintain dishwashing equipment at required heat settings to meet health regulations.
• Clean and sterilise food‑preparation surfaces at the end of each shift.
• Store cleaned items in designated areas and organise a separate zone for items awaiting cleaning.
• Dispose of food waste in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Maintain a tidy and safe kitchen environment.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Reliability, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
