Director, Global Advertising Sales Administration & Operations

About the role

The Director of Global Advertising Sales Administration & Operations is a senior leader within Mastercard Commerce Media Advertising Sales. The role ensures the advertising sales team has the tools, training, and operational support needed to drive revenue across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and report on the advertising sales pipeline, closed/won deals, renewals and related KPIs, identifying and removing bottlenecks.
• Develop global standards for advertising content mix for new and established markets.
• Design and deliver training on advertising sales best practices from prospecting to close.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of sales enablement resources, including guides, playbooks, media kits, decks, webinars, rate cards and contracts.
• Oversee seamless onboarding of sales team members across geographies.
• Prioritize and manage delivery of tools and product enhancements that enable sales.
• Create and maintain global reporting and presentation decks covering pipeline health, forecast, renewal risk and revenue performance.
• Manage contract worker processes, timecards and agency relationships.
• Lead a global team and ensure their success.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a sales administrator, trainer or operations leader in a global media/advertising environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage hiring, onboarding and development of sales teams across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of advertising sales cycles, pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
• Experience establishing global standards, best practices and reporting frameworks.
