Digital Marketing Specialist (SEM, SEO, Email & Affiliate)

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to accelerate the growth of FlightHub’s hotel and vacation‑package business. You will own and optimise campaigns across SEM, SEO, email and affiliate channels, turning insights into revenue‑generating actions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads SEM campaigns to drive qualified traffic and maximise ROAS.
• Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, content optimisation and technical improvements.
• Design, execute and optimise email marketing programmes to boost engagement, conversions and retention.
• Develop and manage affiliate partnerships, monitor performance and identify new opportunities.
• Analyse campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio and other analytics tools to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, conduct A/B testing and ensure accurate tracking of all initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and performance‑campaign optimisation.
• Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing and affiliate marketing.
• Strong analytical skills using GA4, Looker Studio, Excel or similar reporting tools.
• Experience using AI‑powered tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance campaign creation and optimisation.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
