Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Sol Skin Spa is seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate quality leads across its network of clinics in the Greater Toronto Area.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel digital campaigns, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Create and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning, posting, and community engagement.
• Optimise website content for SEO, build backlinks, and implement AI‑driven optimisation (AIO, GEO) to improve visibility in generative search results.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and web developers to enhance UX, CRO, and technical SEO.
• Track, analyse, and report performance using Google Analytics and platform insights; conduct A/B testing to refine tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
• Deep understanding of online advertising platforms and audience targeting.
• Ability to monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Creative mindset with excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
