DevOps Specialist

About the role

Techso, a leader in digital transformation, is seeking a DevOps Specialist to support its Canadian clients. Based in Montreal, you will work on large‑scale international projects, helping customers modernize their infrastructure and accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design and configure systems that meet project requirements.
• Design and implement cloud architectures on AWS and/or Azure.
• Manage deployment pipelines, monitoring, and operational maintenance, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the technical foundation (Git, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
• Design and deliver technical training for client teams.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and at the agreed quality level.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Linux environments (Ubuntu, RedHat, Debian).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure).
• Experience with open‑source applications and Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
