Designated Beauty Advisor – NARS

About the role

The Designated Beauty Advisor for NARS at Holt Renfrew will build lasting relationships with clients, driving sales and brand loyalty in a luxury retail environment. You will act as the expert point‑of‑sale for NARS products, delivering exceptional service and representing the brand’s image.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed personal and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base by acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and retaining repeat buyers.
• Share expert product knowledge with the entire store team and support visual merchandising, floor recovery, and price changes.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and provide assortment recommendations to store management.
• Attend all product‑knowledge and vendor training sessions.
• Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management on escalated matters.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of commission‑based sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Highly collaborative, able to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
