Demand and Logistics Manager

About the role

The Demand and Logistics Manager (DLM) is part of Market Operations / Supply Chain Management at Procter & Gamble. Based in Toronto, the DLM ensures efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of supply‑chain activities, linking sales, marketing, finance and product supply to deliver on‑time and in‑full product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide market‑based inputs for forecasting to produce a total market volume forecast using a data‑driven approach.
• Own the market availability strategy and processes, ensuring on‑time/in‑full delivery.
• Manage communication between category and customer teams regarding service, initiatives, and non‑productive inventory.
• Support and assist in executing team and organization strategies.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
• Collaborate effectively within the immediate team and broader work domain to maximize impact.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor with close supervision, training, and development.
• Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, finance and product supply functions.
