About the role

We are looking for a Data Entry Analyst to join Medisca Inc’s Montreal team. The role focuses on entering and managing pharmaceutical information with high accuracy, supporting our compounding solutions for healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Enter pharmaceutical data accurately and promptly into internal databases.
• Verify data for completeness and correct any errors.
• Extract data from multiple sources and compile organized reports.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain data integrity and consistency.
• Conduct quality‑control checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of all data‑entry activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers regarding data‑entry tasks and issues.
