About the role

Join Canadian Tire’s Greater Sudbury store as a Customer Service Associate, supporting customers in a friendly, diverse environment. You will handle inquiries, returns, exchanges, and sales transactions both in‑person and over the phone while representing a trusted Canadian brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and thank customers courteously in person and on the phone.
• Process product returns, exchanges, and sales transactions efficiently.
• Operate the cash register, computer, and printer to complete purchases.
• Maintain a tidy and organized customer service area.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours and lift/carry items as needed.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.
