Customer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Customer Marketing Manager will lead the development, socialisation, and execution of actionable insights and strategies to grow CooperVision Canada revenue with key accounts. Working closely with the Corporate Accounts team and broader commercial organisation, the role creates account‑specific marketing plans that engage customers and drive demand.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the annual account planning process in partnership with Corporate Accounts and Sales to align CVI and account strategies.
• Partner with customers and internal Marketing to create customer‑focused marketing plans using all merchandising vehicles.
• Create demand‑generating, patient‑facing programs during key drive periods.
• Develop an annual customer marketing calendar and budget, providing input to brand and professional affairs budgets.
• Design and execute channel‑ and customer‑specific launch plans for new products, services, or brand extensions.
• Lead ongoing dialogue on customer investments and performance to identify risk and upside.
• Input customer elements into quarterly commercial plans with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Recommend and track success metrics for account marketing programs, promotions, and activities, optimizing ROI.
• Align internal processes with other Brand Managers to ensure consistent information flow across customers and channels.
• Act as a strategic bridge between Head of Marketing and National Corporate Accounts Director to ensure alignment of brand initiatives with key account strategies.

Required profile

• Full‑time onsite availability in Richmond Hill, ON.
• Proven ability to partner with corporate accounts, sales, and marketing teams.
• Experience developing and executing account‑specific marketing plans and programs.
• Strong analytical mindset to recommend and track performance metrics.
• Capability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and align brand strategies with account goals.
