About the role

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be the first and last point of contact for showroom visitors and new vehicle owners. You will guide customers through every step of their Tesla journey, ensuring a memorable and educational experience that reflects Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage walk‑in guests promptly, opening conversations and making them feel welcome.
  • Understand each guest’s needs, intent, and purchase timeline to build a personalized customer profile.
  • Educate and inspire guests with product demos, including test drives and Full Self‑Driving demonstrations.
  • Conduct delivery orientations that highlight key vehicle features and benefits.
  • Support the sales pipeline by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high‑intent buyers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and future owners.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs.

Required profile

  • 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting goals.
  • Passion for Tesla’s mission and knowledge of EV industry trends and local incentives.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
  • Valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
  • For roles in ON, MB, AB, BC: possession of a motor vehicle salesperson license/certificate is required.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
