About the role
As a Customer Experience Associate you will be the welcoming face of our Whitby branch, helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will combine strong relationship‑building with a proactive approach to identifying needs and promoting digital banking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, people‑centric service throughout the customer journey.
- Process day‑to‑day transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
- Introduce clients to mobile and self‑service banking applications.
- Build and nurture long‑lasting relationships with customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of branch products and services.
Required profile
- Proven customer‑service experience through work or community involvement.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a willingness to assist customers.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including part‑time hours.
- Comfortable engaging in basic sales situations.
- Eagerness to learn and succeed in a target‑driven environment.
