Creative Assistant to Founder & Chief Creative Officer

About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a proactive Creative Assistant to work directly with the Founder & Chief Creative Officer in Los Angeles. The role supports both professional and personal priorities, helping to streamline schedules, manage projects, and bring creative ideas to life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for calendar, meetings, travel, expenses, personal errands, and household logistics.
• Plan and coordinate the Founder’s schedule, shoots, events, and key brand moments.
• Develop and execute Founder‑led content across Instagram, Substack, newsletters, and other channels from ideation to publishing.
• Capture, curate, and edit personal social content, including photography, captions, posting, and scheduling.
• Assist with shoots, fittings, events, appearances, and travel logistics while capturing real‑time organic content.
• Support paid partnerships and collaborations, coordinating deliverables with external and internal teams.
• Maintain editorial calendars, mood boards, decks, and research materials to support creative direction.
• Facilitate communication between the Founder and internal teams, attend select meetings, and ensure follow‑through on actions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in creative, editorial, social media, fashion, lifestyle, talent, or executive/personal support roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong creative instincts with an eye for content, imagery, fashion, and culture.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of reflecting the Founder’s voice.
• Mature, discreet, and trustworthy in representing the Founder and brand.
