Construction Worker

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Construction Worker to join our on‑site team. The role involves handling materials, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting daily construction activities on industrial, commercial and institutional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials safely.
• Perform pre‑operational inspections of equipment and tools.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse.
• Remove rubble and debris to keep the site tidy and safe.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Capacity to lift and handle loads up to 23 kg (50 lb).
• Own reliable transportation and personal safety gear (steel‑toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, hand‑eye coordination and sound discrimination.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) certification.
• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certification.
