Community Engagement Manager – Healthcare Partnerships

About the role

MedSleep is expanding its presence across Canada and seeks a motivated Community Engagement Manager to drive referral growth and build strategic partnerships in the Greater Vancouver area. You will act as the primary liaison between healthcare providers and our clinical teams, ensuring patients receive timely access to sleep testing services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnerships with family physicians, specialists, hospitals, pharmacies, senior living communities, and home‑care agencies.
• Conduct in‑person visits, lunch‑and‑learn sessions, and presentations to educate providers on sleep medicine diagnostics and referral processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact between referring providers and MedSleep’s clinical teams.
• Represent MedSleep at local healthcare networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to create referral‑focused materials and digital campaigns.
• Analyze referral data and provider feedback to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the healthcare referral process.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to engage a wide range of healthcare professionals, including physicians, NPs, RNs, RTs, MOAs, and discharge planners.
