Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will balance strategic procurement with aggressive business development to expand our market share in the metal recycling sector.

Missions principales

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.
• Manage and grow the customer base through strategic prospecting and account management in a competitive market.
• Ensure high service standards by collaborating closely with operations to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate data management using Salesforce for reporting and ERP for real-time pricing accuracy.
• Monitor regional budget objectives and provide weekly strategic summaries (successes, losses, and future action plans).
• Support the General Manager in implementing strategic marketing and business development plans.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in commercial buying, sales, or business development, preferably in the industrial or recycling sector.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on long-term relationship building.
