About the role

Insight Global is seeking a Client Success Account Manager for a global mobile parking payments platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on nurturing and expanding a portfolio of existing client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure adoption and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of client accounts.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Own all account activities – strategy, execution, and follow‑through.
  • Drive client retention, renewals and identify expansion opportunities across products and services.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, often in person, and consult on operational improvements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce preferred) and use data insights to shape recommendations.
  • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to assess opportunities and streamline workflows.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in client success, account management or a similar relationship‑focused role.
  • Proven ability to work independently, own outcomes and “do what needs to be done”.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time for client visits and events.
  • Comfortable using AI tools in day‑to‑day work.

Required skills

  • Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) experience.
  • Use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
