Client Performance & Analytics Co‑op – Winter 2027

About the role

The Performance & Analytics team at BCI is looking for a co‑op student to support investment performance reporting and analysis during the Winter 2027 term. You will apply your analytical skills to help deliver accurate, timely insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Performance & Analytics branch with performance reporting, data collection, and analysis.
• Automate and improve existing processes, proposing innovative solutions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly visual reports that communicate performance results.
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and collaborate with other groups.
• Complete ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Fundamental knowledge of basic business and investment concepts.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Professionalism, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Interest in investment management and a commitment to ethical standards.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Python, SQL, VBA, Bloomberg and Power BI.
• Experience with AI tools (desirable).
