CEO & Vice-President Quebec (Manufacturers & Exporters)

About the role

The CEO, MEQ & Vice‑President Quebec will serve as the primary representative of Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CME) in Quebec, leading the provincial team and driving strategic outcomes for members, government, and media.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder outreach and act as CME’s spokesperson to French‑language and Quebec media.
• Develop and deliver provincial communications, presentations, and policy positions.
• Manage the Quebec division’s annual operating budget and monitor financial and membership metrics.
• Drive membership growth and programme revenue in line with CME’s strategic plan.
• Collaborate with the national CEO and leadership team to shape and execute Canada‑wide policies and priorities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in government, industry or trade‑association environments.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Track record of achieving organizational and financial targets.
• Ability to foster collaboration and a healthy internal culture.
