CEO & Business Leadership Coach

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CEO to serve as a Business Leadership Coach, partnering with owners, CEOs and leadership teams of high-potential companies. This remote role blends strategic leadership with hands-on coaching to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner and coach to CEOs, helping them navigate challenges and improve leadership effectiveness.
• Provide business coaching and guidance to senior executives to optimize performance and align on strategic objectives.
• Oversee high-priority projects, ensuring milestones are met and obstacles are addressed.
• Support partnered businesses in strategic planning, operations and investor relations to enable international expansion.
• Serve as liaison between executive teams and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and execution of key initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Former CEO or senior business leader with a passion for coaching and leadership development.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership, operations or project management.
• Proven track record of driving organizational growth and leading professional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Leadership or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with high business acumen and ability to translate vision into actionable steps.
