Branded Retail Account Manager

About the role
Marks is seeking a Branded Retail Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between the client’s internal retail design team, Marks’ creative studios and external production partners. The role ensures that branded retail shopper‑marketing campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end retail design projects from brief alignment to pre‑press and production.
- Coordinate communication among client, internal design studios, translation services and production vendors.
- Lead project kick‑offs, status meetings and maintain detailed project reports.
- Develop estimates, track budgets, generate invoices and support revenue forecasting.
- Conduct final quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure brand compliance.
- Resolve client and project issues, optimise resource allocation and support continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of retail brand strategy, marketing objectives and production processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
