Bilingual Program Manager – Key Accounts

About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Program Manager to oversee key account relationships across sectors such as healthcare, oil & gas, defense, public sector and retail. The role drives revenue growth by applying a consultative selling approach, retaining existing major accounts, and securing new contract agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts, managing the full RFP/RFQ lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (sales, operations, dispatch, pricing, legal, sustainability) to deliver compliant and accurate proposals.
- Partner with Legal to review contract terms, exceptions and compliance requirements.
- Maintain administrative ownership of accounts, including contracts, renewals, pricing, service details and billing issues.
- Use Employee Console, MAS, Salesforce and Elements to keep customer records, track contracts and support reporting.
- Act as internal coordinator with operations, dispatch and sales teams across Canada to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual commitments.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization, renewal strategies and sustainability‑aligned recommendations.
- Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email and virtual meetings; attend occasional on‑site visits.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (or high school diploma with four years relevant experience).
- At least two years of relationship‑management experience in the environmental, waste or related service industry.
