Bilingual Member Support Expert (EN/FR) – Canada

About the role

Alan is looking for a bilingual Member Support Expert to join its growing Canadian team. You will help members understand their coverage and navigate the Alan platform, delivering fast, clear, and caring assistance in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expertise in health‑care systems and Alan’s insurance, prevention, and care products.
• Assist members and client companies in maximizing the value of their coverage.
• Share observations and ideas to continuously improve products and services.
• Participate in onboarding new client companies.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Insurance teams on strategic projects.
• Adapt existing support processes to the Canadian context and help expand the support function in Canada.
• Work autonomously within a small, cross‑functional team.
• Contribute to recruitment, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the support team.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in member or customer support.
• Passion for helping members and solving their problems.
• Fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a collaborative mindset.
