Banking Consulting – nCino Senior Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Banking Consulting practice with a focus on nCino solutions. The role involves driving business and technology transformation for wholesale lending clients, helping them redesign processes and adopt digital operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Advise banking clients on strategic, operational and technology changes within the wholesale lending domain.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end transformation programs that improve people, process and technology alignment.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver industry‑specific solutions, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define roadmaps, assess risks and monitor implementation progress.
• Promote Accenture’s consulting methodologies and best practices across engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior manager in banking consulting, preferably within wholesale lending.
• Strong track record of delivering business and technology transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior client executives.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global consulting environment.
