About the role
We are seeking a Bakery Bench Hand to join our large‑volume bakery in Edmonton. The role involves preparing dough, baking, decorating and ensuring product quality in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dough, batters and icings for pies, breads, rolls, muffins, cookies and cakes according to recipes or special orders.
- Bake mixed doughs and batters, and handle special orders.
- Frost and decorate cakes and other baked goods.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
Required profile
- Accurate and dependable with excellent oral communication.
- Reliable team player able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

- Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.
