Associate Manager, Local Eminence – Marketing & Communications

About the role

Accenture Canada’s Marketing & Communications team is seeking an Associate Manager to lead the Local Eminence program. You will shape integrated marketing strategies that build brand love, strengthen client relationships, and generate revenue opportunities across major Canadian industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and measure integrated marketing and communication campaigns, both industry‑specific and cross‑industry.
• Collaborate with business and sales leaders across Canada to align M+C initiatives with business priorities and position key executives as market experts.
• Leverage data and AI tools to research target audiences, create impactful experiences, and drive measurable results.
• Plan and deliver client hosting, loyalty, and sponsorship events that support the Canada business strategy and generate new leads.
• Utilize Accenture’s SynOps platform and other marketing technologies to prioritize work, track KPIs, and report ROI.
• Work with agreed‑upon metrics, using analytics for continuous improvement and optimization.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with proven experience in integrated marketing and communications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build cross‑functional relationships.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience applying AI and analytics to marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing client‑focused events and sponsorships.
