About the role
Xanadu Bath Inc is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Winnipeg. The role focuses on supporting project coordination, managing administrative duties, and ensuring deadlines are met. This permanent, full‑time position offers an hourly rate of CAD 17.
Key responsibilities
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Perform data entry.
- Resolve conflict situations.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Mandarin language proficiency (asset).
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
- Must answer screening questions: currently a student? experience in this field?
- Availability for day shift work.
