Assistant Production Supervisor

About the role

Alsco is seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor to support daily operations in its industrial laundry facilities. You will help ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality production while leading a small team of operators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise a team of 4‑19 employees, adjusting team size based on production needs.
• Train new hires, prepare work areas, and organize production workflows.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure production deadlines are met.
• Maintain quality standards and enforce safety and efficiency protocols.
• Provide staff coverage during leaves, absences, or other gaps.
• Perform any additional production tasks as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent); some college education is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication in French; Spanish is an asset.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage time well, and work collaboratively.
