About the role

We are looking for a Product Architect specialized in Power Electronics to lead the hardware architecture of next‑generation industrial frequency converters. You will become the technical reference for hardware design and drive the development of globally commercialized products.

Key responsibilities

• Define hardware architecture, balancing performance, reliability, cost and manufacturability.
• Guide topology, component selection, thermal management and EMC compliance in collaboration with development teams.
• Lead architecture review meetings and act as the technical reference for hardware engineers.
• Drive new platform development and continuous improvement of existing products to enhance quality, performance and cost.
• Support products through NPI, validation, qualification and industrialization with manufacturing partners.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to reliability, certifications and field returns (RMA).
• Collaborate closely with hardware, software and algorithm teams to ensure technical coherence across projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in power electronics with a focus on product architecture.
• Proven experience developing VFDs, power converters, inverters or equivalent industrial solutions.
• Track record of taking products from architecture through to industrialization.
• Strong mastery of power‑electronics system architecture, including topologies, thermal, EMC, DFM and reliability.
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), industrialization and continuous improvement of platforms.
