About the role
As an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) school, we aim to develop students’ confidence, character, and values while fostering a global mindset. The After School Teacher will support youth development by delivering engaging program activities, ensuring safety, and promoting positive transitions between academic and recreational settings.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and respond to the developmental needs of youth.
- Be a positive, energetic member of the teaching team.
- Lead and facilitate a variety of after‑school program activities.
- Prepare and submit weekly program plans.
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Set up and clean up program spaces and materials.
- Facilitate smooth student transitions between activities.
- Supervise students in both academic and recreational environments.
- Interact professionally with parents and community members.
