About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Services Manager to coordinate and oversee the delivery of administrative services. The role includes planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations, as well as budgeting, fee collection and inventory management.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative services and evaluate department operations.
- Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service.
- Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services.
- Collect and record administrative and service fees.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
- Administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, offering on‑the‑job training, mentorship and awareness training.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Availability for morning and day shifts.
