Accounts Payable Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our AP team in Vancouver. The role combines team leadership, process oversight and direct invoice processing to keep payables accurate, current and audit‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of AP administrators, providing coaching, feedback and day‑to‑day direction.
• Manage monthly deliverables such as invoice cut‑offs, payment runs, GST filings and T5018 reports.
• Maintain internal controls, approval workflows and payment policies while handling complex vendor issues.
• Oversee the centralized AP inbox, triage inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Process invoices using three‑way matching, manage EFT (ACH) payments, print and distribute cheques.
• Perform contract management, progress draw reconciliation and maintain WCB and insurance documentation.
• Complete vendor statement reconciliations, credit applications and support audit requirements.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects and general administrative duties as needed.
