Accounting Tutor – Private In‑Home & Online

About the role

Prep Academy Tutors is seeking enthusiastic accounting tutors to support students in the North York area. You will deliver personalized, curriculum‑aligned instruction both in‑home and online, helping learners master concepts rather than just memorize them.

Key responsibilities

• Provide academic support aligned with the Ontario curriculum.
• Develop customized learning plans that promote deep understanding.
• Offer remedial assistance and enrichment challenges as needed.
• Collaborate with parents to communicate progress, challenges, and successes.

Required profile

• Current, valid registration with the Ontario College of Teachers, or equivalent qualification.
• Qualified teacher in Canada or the United States, or a teacher‑candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
• Experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited Canadian or U.S. university.
