Account Manager – Women’s Health Devices (Vancouver/Calgary)

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking an entrepreneurial Account Manager to drive growth of cord blood collection and point‑of‑care products across clinics, hospitals and birth centers in the Vancouver and Calgary regions. You will educate healthcare professionals, expand existing accounts, and build new relationships while supporting a clinically technical product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales goals through strategic planning and a growth mindset.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across all channels.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to provide clinical and technical product support to hospitals, physician offices, and birth centers.
• Maintain pricing integrity and contractual compliance with company policies.
• Complete product and clinical training, staying current on market trends and competitive offerings.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize territory management and inform decisions.
• Represent CooperSurgical at local, regional, and national meetings and conventions.
• Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, including expense reports, business plans, CRM updates, and Power BI reporting.

Required profile

• Knowledge of the medical device arena, preferably in women’s healthcare.
• Understanding of diverse regional healthcare systems.
• Ability to engage and motivate partners through product and sales training.
• Strong territory planning and large‑geography management experience.
• Collaborative mindset within a matrix organization.
